IndiaAre you tired of drinking weak blends of cheap Argentine black teas that make up most iced teas found in America? Our rich tea blend comes from the Nilgiri's Blue Mountains, one of the three great tea growing regions of India. This is a full-bodied iced tea that stands up to ice and it will not cloud.
Many restaurants around the country order this for their house iced tea.
Very good. Very pleased.
I’ve been looking for Nilgiri tea since getting a sample of it in a gift years ago. It makes wonderful ice tea. Thank you, Elmwood Inn Teas!
Without a doubt, the absolute best iced tea I have ever tasted. Try brewing 6 tsp. in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, then pour onto 3/4 cup of Sugar in the Raw with a pinch of baking soda. Stir until dissolved. Then add six more cups of water and chill until ready to drink. You won't be sorry.
Great flavor--doesn't cloud when iced
Really good iced tea. I do find that it's very easy to over-brew but I figured out what works best for me. I have a 2L (68 fl. oz) pitcher, and a 1.2L (40 fl. oz) kettle. I fill a large 3 inch tea ball (could be labeled as an herb infuser or spice ball) with.... this tea, pour the 1.2L of boiling water into the kettle. Once the entire pitcher is no longer crystal clear (usually 20-30 seconds) I fill the remaining 0.8L with room temperature filtered water, pop it in the fridge and walk away. Never over brewed and bitter, and never too weak.
